1st March to 30th September:
Our delivery teams start their delivery from 7am and collections will be from the time you have chosen via our booking form. Max hire period is 5hrs, extra time is available when booking online.
After this time we offer a multiple day hire or an overnight Hire for an additional £35 (with collection any time the next day of our choice from 7am) providing the area is totally secure, i.e 6ft fences and locked gates.
1st October to 28th February
Delivery from 7am and collection from the time you have chosen (Max hire 5hrs)
Collection from 3.30pm
No overnight hires available outside.
Would you like a delivery by a certain time?
Multiple day hires are available on all inflatable items as long as the site is secure.
Overnight hires are only available on certain items from £35.
All overnight hires are collected the following morning between 7am and 1pm.
VENUE AND HALL HIRE TIMES
(I.E Village halls, Community Centres, Hotels)
(Interactive games, Photo booth and Magic Mirror times are not included in this information)

There is a section on our booking form that you will be required to fill in with the following information Access, Start, Finish and Exit times, these are required so we can plan your delivery and collection
We would recommend 1 hour either side of your event start time but will accept minimum 30 minutes.
Last collection times for indoor hire are:
6pm all year round
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
