This company were fantastic, they provided me with continuous support in picking the right size for my garden, they even went above and beyond in asking for photos so they could assess if the castle could be pegged into the flower bed. They arrived promptly at 7am, as requested, on the day of delivery and were there bang in 5pm for pick up on the second day of the hire.. their prices are also very competitive with other suppliers.. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Safe to say everyone who attended my 2 years olds birthday party have been given their details!

I just wanted to send some feedback following our party at the Radford Community Hall last weekend. We were really impressed with Bounceroos and the children all had an amazing time. The equipment arrived exactly when we had been told it would, and the team were efficient at setting it all up and explaining the terms and conditions. The packing up was also smooth. Communications from you in advance was great and I'd definitely recommend you to others. We recently hired the Toy Story castle for our son's 4th Birthday parrty. It was a BIG hit, the children loved it and so did the parents as their children slept so well that night! We were very happy with the service.

I cannot thank you enough for coming through for me when I was let down by another company. Phoned at 10am and the castle was up and running at 1130am before the party started at 12nn!!! Amazing service! I even got the castle that I want. I wouldn't have known what to do with 20 kids if not for your excellent service. Highly recommended and would definitely be my first choice
