If you would rather speak to a member of our friendly booking team then our office hours at 10am-6pm Monday - Friday. Any questions that you may have then our staff will be happy to help you out.
Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, you will then receive a 'confirmation email' from us to let you know that you are all booked in on our system. All we ask you to do is to double check that all the details are correct! You now have piece of mind that you have fab entertainment for your party and exactly who you have booked with. You would not believe the amount of calls we receive where people do not know who they have booked with.
Bounceroos will never let you down. There is no need to stress about delivery either, we text each customer the day before delivery to confirm the time we will be coming to you.
