At Bounceroos Events, we receive many calls and emails to help with Family Fun Day organising. It can be a huge day to plan. So, here are a few tips to help you.
🏰 Date: Think of a date that you may want to hold your event on. Always check there are no large sporting events already taking place or other occasions that your guests will already be attending - you want a good crowd!
🏰 Venue: Where are you holding your event? You will need a large enough area for all of your guests. Easy access is a must for pushchairs, wheelchairs and guests walking and arriving by car. Ensure you have enough car parking space. Do you need somewhere inside as well as outside. If you are hiring inflatables then access to power sockets are a must too.
🏰 Guests: Who are you going to be inviting? Here you need to think about your audience and this will help you decide what entertainment you will wish to hire. Your guests will vary in age from small children to teens and then adults to grandparents.
🏰 What Is Your Budget?: It is always a huge help to know how much money you have to use for your event. Once you know what you can spend you and your team who are planning the event can look at a variety of options from entertainment to music and of course food - everyone loves food at an event!
What Inflatables To Hire?
Bounceroos Events can help with planning your entertainment. We have a huge fleet of inflatable fun and indoor games to hire including Racing Car Simulators and Basket Ball Games. Due to having such a fabulous variety we can cater for all ages whether you are planning a Family Fun Day or a Corporate Fun Activity Day. Our inflatables are all fully insured and Pipa tested in line with the Health and Safety Executive guidelines. Colin our Director is also a qualified and registered tester meaning that he has undertaken training to certify he can test inflatables too.
When you are entertaining a large crowd with a variety of ages we would recommend one of our brightly coloured bouncy castles or super slides for the younger children, they all love to bounce around with their friends and have endless turns on our slides. The Extreme Assault Course for the older kids and adults are always a real hit as this provides a challenge to see who can get through to the finish line first!. Our massive Human Football Game is a great game for everyone to play together and get involved in, along with our all new Hungry Hippos and Total Wipe Out Game that you may have seen at The Wasps Rugby Games in their fan village at the Ricoh Arena.
