Please be rest assured that Bounceroos Events are taking the Corona Virus outbreak very seriously. Our customers are always our priority regarding Health and Safety.
We understand that you do not wish to cancel your child's party or event. We know how upsetting it will be for your child and their friends but in the current climate we appreciate this that this maybe for the best.
If you do decide that you need to re-arrange your event that has been booked with Bounceroos Events then please do contact us as soon as possible by either phone or email. We are able to re-schedule your date for another time within the next 12 months (availability permitting). We are happy to re-schedule your event with no additional cost to you due to the Corona Virus outbreak.
We are here to support all of our customers just as we have been over the years. We will continue to be here in the future.
